IRCC not responding to webform queries

I am in Canada on work permit. My wife and kids are in India. I applied for open work permit application for my wife and visitor visa for my 2 kids in july 2018 last year. We got medical request of all and after this my wife also got passport request and later on got work visa. But my kids application was awaiting. In December we got a message in online account to deposit 50 dollars each for two kids because they want to convert visitor visa to study permit. We did the same and uploaded the requiste documents along with fees. In january 2019, we got a message in online account that both the applications have got cancelled. We have marked queries two times first in 5th february and then on 5th march. There is no change and IRCC is not responding to any emails or webform queries. I am very much depressed. Can anyone please come to my rescue ?
