I want to get benefit of experience to ask few things confusing me, please give me your valuable answers for below questions
1-Is this necessary to get the HEC attestation of Post secondary documents (Grad/Masters) to get those assessed and obtain ECA report ? Or only need to ask awarding institutes to sealed those docs in envelope and send to IQAS ?
2- If they refuse to send our documents what should we do ? Could we send those docs to IQAS personally and mention the valid reason ?
