Iqas evaluation

Hi guys. I have done masters in banking and finance and received evaluation of bachelors from iqas because of my 16 years education. Now i am doing double masters privately in Pakistan studies (composite). In this way I am hoping that in crs i will fall under ( 2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees) and will get additional points. But I am a bit confused whether i will get evaluated for another degree or not. I am confused whether masters in Pakistan studies will have any value for canadians and the question is if they will evaluate it or not? And the secondly, since i am doing the degree privately and its composite so they will evaluate it or not? Can you guys help in clearing my thoughts with your experiences and knowledge. Thanks
