I completed my 3 years diploma in computer engineering 2010 to 2013 which consider here as post diploma ???from (IQAS ) pls let me know

If your diploma was after 10th class, then it will be a Diploma 2 years.. if your diploma was after 12th, then it will be a Diploma 3 years.

I completed my completed diploma based on 10 th marks I did 11 th 12 but I was fail in one subject

If Diploma is after 10th, then you will get points for Diploma 2 years only.

Your interpretation is wrong. If the minimum qualification of a Diploma is 10th. Then nobody cares if you have also cleared or not cleared 12th. Because you are not a degree holder. That's the reason, you will get only Diploma 2 years evaluation. There are many applicants who have done that and received such evaluations. You can try your luck by applying ECA from IQAS.

Is it okay to pass the Certificate of Units Earned for undergrad to IQAS? And is there anyone here with the same situation as mine and may i know if you have result?
