IQAS ECA

Can somebody pls guide me about the ECA from IQAS..

I've done my bechelors and Masters both from diff. universities.

So can I send both the transcripts in a single envelope by myself or Should I ask my universities to send them directly to IQAS?

As I heard IQAS only accepts from the Universities, Is it true?
