IQAS documents requirement for Pakistan.

Can someone please guide me about the documents required for Pakistan to get their educational assessment done from IQAS. I understand that the degree should be attested from the university, but what about the inter and matric degree and certificate?Where should they be attested from if we want to send them as well?
