Hi we had our medical examination at IOM last year but it was already expired . All our documentation as welll as the treatment of my sister in her ptb was recorded at IOM. We received email from our consultant that we need to have our new medical examination as soon as possible. I was trying to call IOM in their hotline and cellphone but its really hard to call them. CAn we go there without any appointment schedule? please do advise... thank you!

always busy... so hard to communicate....

Just go early and they should be able to see you,
