I am asking this on behalf of someone I know:
She graduated from University of Toronto (student visa), now has Work Permit until 2021. She would like to invite a fiance to Canada. Her fiance lives in India. What options does she have? Can she bring her fiance over to Canada? Thank you.
Unless they have lived together for 1 year continuously or are married she can't help her fiancé come to Canada.

Continuously in India, or Canada?
Either and you must have proof.
Either and you must have proof.
So when she gets married and arrives to Canada, can she sponsor her husband as she has a work permit, she is not a PR or a Canadian citizen.
So she will not be able to sponsor her husband because she is not a PR or a Canadian citizen. She currently has a work permit until 2021.
Correct. What skill level is her work permit NOC?
If she has a full-time job in NOC 0, A or B with 3 pay stubs her spouse or common law spouse (not fiancé) can apply for an open work permit (OWP). I could take 4+ months.
Correct. What skill level is her work permit NOC?
Her work permit is skill level A NOC 4211
