There is no invitation letter for parent sponsorship. You must apply and get selected by a lottery which has already happened this year. You will need to wait and see what the process is next year if you qualify.

Do you mean an invitation for a super visa? For sponsorship, no letter required.

You don’t need one. Fill out the application. You have been selected through the lottery.
