dear all

I applied federal investor in 2008 , got documents request in jan2013 from London UK office, after that no news yet .Any one have idea how long will it take more ?

According to CIC:

"If a selection decision was not made on your application before February 11, 2014 - Your application has been terminated"

I'd contact CIC to get a clearer understanding of your situation.

Thanks for your reply , but I didn't receive any letter from CIC so far ,so I believe they accepted my application ????

You should call to confirm - I cannot tell you yes or no.

Call your VO

If you have not received any communication lately, the most likely outcome would be that you have not passed the selection decision criteria.

Make sure your address (both mail and email) are up-to-date. It's always better to email your visa office in order to confirm your application status. You can also try tracking your application process online.

Thanks XpressEnterprise for reply, Cuz I didn't receive any letter from them so far , so can I hope they accepted my application as I submitted my document in April 2013.

any idea what will be the next step ?

Can you tell what & when was the last communication you had received from CIC? ... and which visa office is processing your application?

Hi all ,

First my case was in Islamabad and after that they transferred to London in 2011. And 2013 I submitted my documents .
Now I already apply for my CAIPS note and also sent email to CIC about update of my application.

But still they didn't reply. so what you think ,they accept my application ????

Nabil, it all depends on whether they made a positive decision on your application before February 11, 2014.

But that's a year from now, the delay in them getting back to you could mean they have the wrong address. Check your e-line profile to see what address is on file.

yeh I tried online status as well , but it not showing any info. They say the information you enter is wrong ,even I am entering the right file number etc ?

Wow really? I do not want to raise any red flags, but you did get a letter from CIC with your UCI/file number and requesting further information?

With your UCI number, your DOB and your last name you should easily be able to access your online status on CIC

Thanks dear , yeh I have file number with all other details . I applied jan 2008 and got document request in Jan2013 and submitted in April2013 .
And after that no letter no information from ICI . Am entering the right file number with other details but getting below message....
