2) Do I file the application or does the company file for me?

The moving2canada web site is not an official web site. Recommend you stop using this as your official source. You need to be taking all of your information from the IRCC web site.
1) Hard to say. The position you are in needs to be an executive role or have specialized knowledge. Your company will need to prove that you fall into one of these categories.
