Hi,
I worked for a multinational in the UK from Jan 2015 to August 2017.
The senior management got in touch with me recently and offered me a role in their Canadian office due to my specialized knowledge.
Would I still qualify for an intra company transfer if I am not currently employed by them?

1. No, you are not currently employed by them:

The website provided specifically states : “have been employed continuously (via payroll or by contract directly with the company), by the company that plans to transfer them outside Canada in a similar full-time position (not accumulated part-time) for at least one year in the three-year period immediately preceding the date of initial application”.
So in that case, yes they can apply for ICT.

Yes you do. Please see below:

1. You should read the whole instruction
Intra-company transferees
may apply for work permits under the general provision if they
are currently employed by a multi-national company and seeking entry to work in a parent , a subsidiary , a branch , or an affiliate of that enterprise;
are transferring to an enterprise that has a qualifying relationship with the enterprise in which they are currently employed, and will be undertaking
The OP is not currently employed by the company.

I disagree. The bullets are different scenarios, not meant to be fulfilled altogether. My legal team has worked with cases where the employee is not currently employed and they have gotten the ICT.

Thanks, if I do qualify for ICT, how long does processing typically take?
