I worked as a Contractor for a reputed company in US for 1 year. After that I came to India and joined the same company as a full time employee, with a gap of 15 days.
I am eligible for Intracompany transfer to Canada? as I read that minimum of 1 year experience is required to be eligible for ICT under specialized Skill worker category.
My company is willing to proceed, however I don't want to proceed if there are chances of rejection.
Any pointers, suggestions or past experience in this regard will be highly helpful to me.

There is always a chance of rejection. Yes - your company can certainly apply for the ICT. Whether it's approved or not will depend on how well your company is able to prove that you have specialized knowledge.
I just want to add one more point, that My ID was terminated from the system and then I was hired as an Full time employee. So effectively as an employee I have just 1 month of experience but more than 1 year of working experience in total.
Hi Scylla- Thanks for your reply. Appreciate it. So can I assume there is no prerequisite of 1 year as such, but the ability of the company to prove that I have specialized knowledge?
