Hi Team,
I am program manager since two years for a company which is about to start their business in Canada. They have successfully registered their company in Canada.
Now the company is planning to perform a ICT for me as a program manager. I have below queries on this process.
1) Does Program manager role fall under senior management (Managerial Position) except code where i do not have to show specialized knowledge or expertise knowledge
2) Are certification related to current role such Prince2 and PMP to be submitted during the application?
3) What are the steps to be taken for a good processing and to make sure we avoid rejections.
Others can comment as well but a Program Manager role would not in my view be classified as senior management so you would I think need to show specialised knowledge.
Registering a company is one thing but they will need to show a firm business plan to establish the company in Canada and to achieve that they need to bring in temporary staff from the parent company with specialised knowledge to support the startup.
