Please share your experience, my interview schedule for 13/6 in Sydney (Australia) but my son (5 yrs.) he is in India, its very hard to bring him over here as he does not have any Aus. Visa and his passport is expiring in July 2012...Please share experience.
did they mention that they gonna interview the minor as well?

I think you told me only his PPs were required. Physical presence is not mandatory for minor.
You have valid reasons as I have already explained to you. You are submitting the pages of the PP duly notarised. I dont believe your file might be rejected because your child's PP were not submitted "During Interview".
Ritu, why dont you send an email to your VO and relate the problem to them and seek their advice?

Yes, Mitali, They only ask for Passport not physical appearance of any other applicants.....do u think, its advisable to let VO know about this situation before interview or same day?

Before interview, so that they are well prepared and might advise you accordingly....tell them that only passport copies of your child can be provided due to visa (Aus) issues. And for the PP to be available, either he has to be present physically...and that is not a possibility as he would also lose time at his academic front; and also tell them that u could not arrange for any friend/relative to bring it for you.
I dont know why your consultant is insisting on the PP? It is not practically possible for you....and I am sure VO would understand that.
