Hi All,
I have applied for PR through MPNP this year. My real brother is my sponsor and has been Manitoba resident for a year.
At what point during the application process does MPNP interview the sponsor? What kind of questions do they ask? I have heard in some cases they visit the sponsors also.
Do MPNP officials visit every sponsor? My brother has a touring job & my concern is him not being home when officials visit.
Appreciate all sincere responses.
Hi there
I doubt that they would visit as that is very time consuming.
As you may have noticed MPNP has been dealing with backlog issues for a while, hence the home visit is not something I think would happen now.
Please ensure you send them his mobile contact number(s), because most people have been interviewed via their mobile phones.
Don't stress you should see a change in your status soon as they move quite quickly with close family cases such as yours.
Keep the faith, be strong, take care
Hope this helps.
xx
