Relationship Between our family then Interview Requird or Not?

It would depends of the VISA OFICER, Every case is diferente,

Is Any applicant got his visa after DNA Test done.

Yes applicants do get visa after DNA test. Unless you cannot convince visa officer in the interview.

Positive DNA test wont necessarily mean u have no interview, it depends if the rest of ur relationship has red flags or not

2 month completed but cic new delhi did not contact me for dna sample collection appointment?

My husband sponsors our duaghter from Afghanistan, and her application is at CIC-New Delhi. last week my husband got a letter from cic-Delhi asking for DNA. my husband did his DNA the other day.
my question is how long it takes that the lab in Toronto send my husband DNA result to CiC-Delhi?
and how long it takes that CIC-Delhi will contact us for sample collection?

Next CIC New Delhi will contact to your daughter for sample collection appointment. After sample collection of your daughter then Reports will be submitted within 2 two weeks by lab to cic new delhi

All processing time for DNA is approx 2.5 to 3 months.

Thanks for your reply, but about two weeks ago we got an email from CHC-Islamabad and asked us to come for DNA appointment on October 3rd. Me and my daughter went and did the test in Islamabad. it was bit strange , that the sponsorship case is in New Delhi but letter appointment was given by CHC-Islamabad. maybe they thought that Islamabad is closer to Afghanistan.or maybe they did this as I recieved my visa from CHC-Islamabad in June this year.

so now I am bit confused that which office will ask for passport , Islambad or New Delhi?
and how long it will take?
