International Student's question about PEQ

Hello, I am an international student who is going to study MBA program at Concordia University and want to get PR after I graduate.
But I have two study locations that can choose from this program: Toronto and Montreal. ( Both are still at Concordia University, just locations are different).

I know PEQ have two main requirements for me:
1. Get a master degree from a university in Quebec.
2. Pass the French Test B2.

Now, my question is: Could I study at Toronto for the whole program and go back Montreal for the French Test after the graduation? WIll I still be qualified for the PEQ Immigration Program and get the PR if I doing this?

why dont you just try Express Entry? its easier to find a finance job in Toronto than in Montreal, assuming you are doing MBA CFA at concordia.

No you need to study in Quebec to qualify for PEQ.
