I have completed my diploma in 2014 and got college placement. Now i want to study ug in Canada is 5 yrs gap with work experience in MNC is counted am I eligible ?
 
If you were working since you graduated, then that won't be counted as a gap. You are good to apply. All the best!

Mitesh is Correct , it is not considered as a gap if you worked since then.
