International Student

I want to know the requirement for the admission in the college for international student. I need admission two year diploma program in Computer Networking and Technical Support. Similarly i have four year Bachelor degree in Computer Science, so am i eligible for the admission in the Canada college.
More my grades are,
10th (X) : 45%
12th (XII): 53%
BS-(CS) : 3.15 CGPA
IELTS : S=6, L=6, W=5.5, R=5.5 overall 6

Kindly Guide me from the above my percentage and academic records, am i eligible for the admission to the Canadian college and the process for the student visa to the Canada?

Your IELTS scores is good.. since your already did a Bachelors program in the university, you should be considering going to do Masters program in the university and not a Diploma in College, the Visa Officer might be so curious to know your reasons which might eventually result to a refusal due to program choice
