As an international student studying a 2 years diploma program at a college (Ontario), I am in my third semester and I am currently employed as a part-time employee by a reputable international company in Canada. The job post is an NOC category B. Today i have been offered the same post as full time, while I cannot accept the offer at this time, is it possible to make application for PR status directly or would i need to obtain my PGWP before doing so? Does this fall under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)? Would appreciate the guidance and advice.
