hello. i have a question and i am so pleased if you can help me.
i want to know that what is the rules for transfering from university to college in differnt provinces?
i have LOA for winter 2019 in Vancouver university and i want to change that to a college in Ontario. so must i pass first semester in my first DLI or can i change my DLI before starting the program?
in other words, can i start my college in ontorio since winter without passing any course in that specific university in vancouver?
