International Student Studied in Scotland and Filled their Travel History

I would like input from students who got their Bachelors or Masters degree from Scotland.

Since Express Entry post ITA forms separate England and Scotland. How have you incorporated your travel history?

I did my masters in London and would England as United Kingdom isn't an option. I think for travel history, I would look at the UK as a whole country as there are no borders or immigration between England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
