What options should I take to apply for PR at the end of this year - 2018 ?

I'm an international student and will be graduating in Jan-2019. Here are what I've got to apply:
- I have no working experience, but I had a Master in Computer Science in Japan, which leads to:
- Current CRS 420 points
- I will be graduating with an MBA in Ontario in January 2019.
- I'm doing an internship at a company, which is willing to offer me an NOC-A job offer when I graduate.
- My spouse is also here and doing a part-time job at a restaurant.
I know there are several options to get an PR, I don't know in my case, which one would be the best in term of time?
