international student need help

Hi everyone
I am international student here from 2 semester
I did my first semsester I was enrolled as full time student but I failed to pass one course now in summer means in my second semester I am part time student and working full time
Now I dont want to continue in the same college
In th college I want that is waitlisted for next intake so should I drop next a semester and start in whch college I want after that off or it will be prpgran as cic said to be full time student in fall and spring
I m really confused help me out
