I'm an International Student in the US. I want to apply for PR in Canada but I need advise. I heard that applying inside Canada as skilled worker it could take less time rather than sending the application through Buffalo. I'm considering to study in Toronto under a student permit and from there to apply for PR. Has anyone had this situation? am I allowed to apply while being on a study permit?

And second, Does anyone know an affordable immigration lawyer/firm/association to send my application tru? Thanks
