I came to Canada and changed my college from a Private college to Public college. Now I will be failing more than 1 course in this program. It is my first semester. I also have an offer letter for another Canadian University. That program starts in September. I have 138 days gap in between my first semester completion and Uni start date. Can I drop out of my program and go join the new University? or Should I submit my transcript which might lead to cancellation of the offer? I have my study permit till 2021. Please Help!!!
