International Student getting 2 years diploma will be eligible for Immigration

Hi,
I was going through Canadian immigration site.. one thing i want to clear...
will someone be eligible for immigration if he or she get 2 years diploma education from a post secondry institution
recognised by goverment or Masters count for it.. actualy theer are 2 claws in the site as follows.......


Education is only assessed if you are applying as a graduate of a Canadian post-secondary educational institution.

If you want to apply based on your Canadian credentials, you must complete either:
• a full-time Canadian post-secondary educational program of at least two years or
•a one-year Master’s program (certificates and diplomas cannot be counted) and an additional year of education, obtained in Canada, before admission into the one-year program (for a total of two years).



So it can be diploma also but should be 2 years of education?????

Please someone explain if having idea!!!


I want to go for advance Diploma either for 2 or 3 years though i am graduate but my percentage is less for applying for masters and other thing my Ielts is 6 band though i cna improve but i saw some of advance diplomas are showing new mediums which can be interdisciplanary for me comparing my previous education like digital media was not tauht when i graduate and if i took admission in advance diploma of 2 years in digital media wilkl it work for me lately for work permit and path for Pr if i want to?? though Digital media courses are very expensive cheapest is around 6000$ per semester and 4 semester will cost me 24000$..
