I am, I have offer at one of the hospital which is temporary full time. I’m still on the process of verification of reference. I told them about my situation beforehand, I am afraid when I mentioned it again after the verification, it become an issue and they will refuse my application..

I am in Canada, I have ongoing PR application under home support worker program for almost 1.5years, and my work permit is hsw..
I am hoping I could change my employment, because since covid the pr application has no timeline.

So your are on a closed permit so you need a LMIA which the hospital has to apply for. They can only get a positive LMIA if the position is permanent and full-time.

They will need to prove that they could not fill a permanent, full-time position with a Canadian or PR.
