hi members, I will be completing my 2-year PG diploma course from an Ontario college. Am I eligible to apply for PR in the International Graduate stream as soon as I get a job offer in Noc B or do i have to wait to gain my one-year CEC Experience?

You are able to apply for OINP to get a nomination letter, after that, you have to submit your Non-EE to get PR. you don't need to wait 1 year to have Canadian Experience, you could apply the day after you are graduated and have a job offer for Noc A or B
