Hello, i completed my b.com this year and will be applying for PG diploma in International Business Management. I am concerned whether visa officer will agree that b.com is related to the applied course?

yes you can apply as it's related to business and finance and you're advancing from graduate to post graduate.
 
Hi can you'll please confirm if you'll had to do the WES for the Indian degree or submitted the candian degree docs (PG diploma) for PR processing.
