Could anyone tell me does this rule applies for the Person who diagnosed with cancer while waiting for the h&c decision. This program called interim federal health program . This program basically for the refugees claimant but this part belongs to other group . “ Canada as a result of a public policy orhumanitarian and compassionate considerations on the Minister’s own initiative“ I was wondering if that person can apply for the emergency health insurance coverage under this program ? Please answer ,
