My current company successfully register Business in BC,Canada,Now company offer me to transfer Canada with Director Position,So I have few questions as below:
(1) Do My Comapny have to open first Business bank account in canada before they apply my visa?
(2) My current position is International Business Development Manager and they offer me Director position over in Canada ,so will it be ok for visa approval?
(3) I am working with this company last 4 years with same position.
(4)May i know company should start business first or open business account first in Canada or can apply visa for current employee directly without business account in canada?
Start reading here if not already read as assume this could be classified as a startup. Just registering and opening an account would only be part of any application as the company would need to demonstrate a firm plan to establish a business in Canada with at some point employing residents.
