Hi,
My previous application was rejected for being incomplete due to my mistake of answering the Intended Province of destination question as "Quebec."
I re-applied, received my Invitation to Apply and now I am in the process of filling up the forms. There is a question in the Application/profile details which says:
Has [name] been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Should I answer this as Yes or No?
Does anybody know if getting rejected for answering Province of destination question as Quebec counts as refusal or cancellation?
