Int’l Student from Grade 12 to Post-Secondary Inside Canada

Hello. I have a query about my son’s situation.

I’m currently on PGWP. My son is in Grade 12 now. His study permit was extended along with my PGWP for 3 years, expring 2023. He will take post-secondary program next school year 2021-2022. His study permit says it is for”secondary education.” Do we have to apply another study permit for him for his post-secondary education? OR can he use his current study permit now since it is valid until 2023?

He needs a new study permit. Note that he will need to pay international student fees.

Given that it is stated that the study permit is limited to secondary education I don't believe you can use the same study permit as attached page instructs. I would verify with IRCC in writing.
