I wanted to know if anyone had the same issue as me for spousal sponsorship.
This is the email I received:
This refers to your application for permanent residence under the Family Class. In order for us to continue processing your application, please submit the following document(s):
> Insufficient Fee Payment: An additional payment in the amount of $XXXX. Refer to the CIC Website at www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp for detailed instructions on how to pay immigration fees
I paid the correct amount of $715 (without right of permanent residence fee and with biometrics). I wrote a message via the webform and haven't received an email in a while.
I really would appreciate if someone can explain what I did wrong.
