Instrumentation Engineer applying for skilled worker class

i am instrumentation engineer from india having 3.5 years work exp in automation (USA based MNC). Since i was not able to find any suitable class in the in the skilled work exp list mentioned on the web page of CIC, can any 1 elaborate whether I can apply for PR ??

u can only apply if u r already in canada or US...otherwise ur category doesnt fall in 38 high demand list

What do you mean "already in Canada or the US"? The OP either has to have experience on the list of "38" worked/studied in Canada or has an AEO from a Canadian employer. Last time I looked the US and Canada were separate countries.

There is exemption of some categories....like engineers...for FSW2 or FSW3
