Hi all,
I had applied for my study permit in May this year and have recently received a request to submit my original passport to VAC.
This link says that VFS Delhi is partially open and that they are accepting passport submissions via mail.
But
this other link on the VAC India website mentions that I have to wait for an instruction letter from IRCC that I need to include along with my OPR. I am currently waiting for this letter. Any idea when it will arrive? Has anyone else been through this stage of the process in recent times?
