Instead of student visa I have received visitor visa

Soon after extending my study permit, I had applied for a visa re-stamping. Unfortunately, Instead of giving me a student visa stamping, they have given me a visitor visa.
I am worried about who should I contact to get my things corrected?

No - this is normal. There is no issue and nothing to correct.
