All completed (Medical, biometrics, eligibility, Background check) Since February 2023

Since the end of April 2023, my tracker has the COPR number and travel document details.

I called IRCC many times, and an immigration agent had sent a request to My primary VO (CPC OTTAWA) on May 8th.
Since that date, no feedback.

Another Immigration agent told me to contact my second VO (Dakar- Senegal), but I don't know how to reach out to them.

After two Webform, this the answer IRCC gave me yesterday:
"We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible.
Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed."

COPR expires Dec/2023
No RFV letter yet.
I am really confused

Unfortunately there is no way to reach them. Webform is the only way. You are still within the processing times. Hope you will get it soon.

I am really confused

Are you from a Visa exempt country? If not, IRCC website does have the email/contact details for the Canadian embassy in your country. Try reaching out to them and you would probably get the RFV email.
- Do check your spam folders, and the gckey account for any messages though!

But I have sent them many Webform, but their answer is always the same.
Maybe the problem at my second VO.

Hello, have you gotten RFV now? I am in a similar situation currently.
