Hello! A pleasant day!
May I ask your help about the new fsw program. I was not able to submit my application for fsw before july 2012. Now I am planning to submit my application comes january 2013 when the fsw program will resume. May i ask a question about the point system. I will be applying under the foreman/supervisor-carpentry trades. If i will have an approved lmo as long-haul truck driver will that add 10 points under arranged employment? Will it not contradict with my application as a foreman?
Thank you very much!

It's difficult comment accurately since the new FSW rules have not yet been formerly announced.
The January 2013 projected reopening date is now looking a little optimistic since CIC on their website changed their wording from "early 2013" to just "2013", indicating that this may be delayed until later in the year.
It's anticipated that there will not be a in-demand list as such, just a requirement to have at least one year's work experience in ANY noc type 0, A or B job, and to meet the minimum language and points requirements.
Under the previous rules you could apply under 1 particular NOC, and still get points if you have a job offer under another (as long as it is type 0, A or B).
Under the new rules since there will be no list, it's expected you'll just need to meet the number of points.
But if you already have an LMO/Job offer, why are you not going to apply under FSW2? (You could in fact do that now, without needing to wait until FSW1 reopens next year)?
Wayne.
