I live in Ecuador, and I am interested in applying for the Msc. in Global Health at McMaster University. This is a one year full time global degree. I will be the first two semesters in Canada, and the last semester in India. This is a joint degree given by both McMaster and Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
Do you know if it's possible for an international student to stay in
Canada after graduation with this degree and apply for post-graduation
work permit? I'm asking this because I know that Global Health
students must travel to India in the last semester, and I understand
that to apply for the post-graduation work permit a student must have
studied continuously in Canada.
I would be grateful if you could help me with my inquiry.

Really? Because I think I read that in the official immigration website.
If I study one year full time (8 months in Canada and 4 months in India), Does the Post-graduation work permit is given for 8 or 12 months?
