Hello guys,
My post-graduation work permit expires in three weeks, and I have a full-time permanent job offer. Can I apply for an open work permit without an LMIA, using the job offer?

There are no extensions for PGWP. You would have to get a closed/employer specific WP with your employer. However, I don't think you can get it without a positive LMIA from the employer. Unemployment rate is also a factor (varying from province to province). If I'm not mistaken you may need to leave and re-apply for the closed/employer specific WP and wait for it to get it approved.
You need a LMIA to extend your permit, and it will be a closed permit. Job offer means nothing.
