My PhD course will be on January 2020, i will take 7 weeks extensive English language course i have following inquiries:
1- my Academic acceptance letter is with out condition, is it allowed for me to start language short language course before academic .
2-can i apply for my study permit for the 7 weeks language course ,or i apply for the academic PhD course directly and i travel early to attend the language course.
3-Please if any body have experience in my situation i need advice.
