Hello everyone, me and my husband sent the application for the PR at the end of Sept 2017. I'm sponsoring him and everything is going well, we sent the police certificates and the medical exam as well. He got the OWP at January 2018.. I just wanted to ask what's the next step and we are planning to go for a trip in europe for a month ..should we go or is it a risk his application to get refused??
1. a month may be too long. Most people will suggest no more than 2 or 3 weeks.
2. In the event your husband is refused back into Canada (for whatever reason) then your inland app will be terminated and you'll have to start again.
Thank you for your help!!! Something last
..in case we get the approval can we travel after or we have to wait to get the PR first?
I would suggest waiting for PR first but I'll let others comment.
