Inland Spousal Sponsorship

I am in Canada on PR and got married to an international student who is on study visa. Both of us are in Canada. I want to sponsor her PR. I have the following questions:

1- What I'm trying to do is called "Inland spousal sponsorship", right ?

2- Will my wife need police certificate from the countries where she has lived for more than 6 months after turning 18 ?

3- Will my wife need to go through some medical tests ?

4- Which marriage documents are required for her application ?

5- How much time will the application processing take before she can start to work more hours ?

6- How much does this spousal sponsorship process cost ?

I had read that but still had those questions as I am confused if the student visa to PR transfer process for my specific case is going to have some nuances that I may not be aware of.

As long as she remains in valid status during the process, no, can't think of any nuances.

and if you had read it, surely many of the questions would've been answered.
