Hey everyone I recently applied to restore my status as a visitor as my Spousal Sponsorship had been returned as incomplete. I was in implied status at the time as I applied for Spousal 2 months before my work visa expired. I am now out of status until I get an approval for visitor restoration. I submitted my application within the 90 days of loss of status. I have been reading a lot of posts about refusals. I’m quite stressed, I forgot to submit my marriage certificate with additional documents so I uploaded it on webform. Knowing how strict immigration is I’m afraid of getting a refusal. Anyone apply for restoration get approved? Do documents submitted on the webform get attached to the application?
