Hi All, Please is there anyone in this forum who submitted an online application for inland spousal sponsorship through the new portal and has received AOR?

did you guys also submit the OWP along with the spousal application? If yes can anybody tell me which form do we need to fill for OWP I am applying for inland sponsorship as well.
