Hello, I have a friend from Nepal who is a Canadian Citizen, last months he got married, now he is back in Canada and his wife is in Nepal. He would like to know if his wife can come to Canada as a Visitor Visa, and apply for an Inland Spousal Sponsorship, and get the Open Work Permit??? or he can start the outland Spousal Sponsorship while his wife still at Nepal??? which is better since he would like to live with his wife as soon as possible, if is possible. Thanks

The TRV (visitor visa) would be difficult because of the processing time??? or possible will be denied because configure an illegal status suspicious purpose???

Difficult because IRCC often assumes the spouse is not a genuine visitor but instead has plans to use the TRV to move to Canada early. To be approved, the spouse wants to show they have strong ties to their home country (e.g. property, employment, assets). Previous travel to countries such as the US and UK helps as well.
