Can a person having an Inland Spousal Sponsorship application under processing is allowed to leave Canada for few days and travel back to his home Country ? If he or she is holding a valid visitor visa.

Would keep it to 2-3 weeks maximum. If you stay out of Canada too long your 8nland sponsorship can be denied.
